Brandyn E. Stedfield, an associate, represents management in all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution. She has experience defending employers in claims brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act and California Wage and Hour Laws.

Brandyn also has experience defending employers in wage and hour class actions including claims for overtime violations, meal and rest period violations, waiting time penalties and other purported wage and hour violations.

Brandyn advises clients regarding various personnel policies and procedures, employee discipline matters, employee handbooks, wage and hour issues and other employment issues.

Brandyn received her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2002 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school she served as Senior Executive Editor on the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.
